Airfare from New York to host cities
Coach transport from the airports to the hotels and to the airports from the hotels.

Requirements and payment terms:

The $475.00 deposit will be subtracted from the balance due for your tour. 50% of the balance is due 45 days prior to departure, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to departure. A one-time return schedule change can be made with no charge, any subsequent changes will incur a $150.00 rescheduling fee. All changes must be submitted in writing at the time of reservation or 45 days prior to departure.
If a U.S. citizen, a passport which is valid for at least six months upon your return to the United States.
A Russian and Ukrainian visa, which are obtainable through us. The fee for each visa is $175.00. (with a minimum 6 week notice*). You will need a separate Visa for each country you will be visiting. We will send you all of the necessary forms.

** If you are a Multiple City Tour Member your connecting air flights between Host cities will be via a regional carrier. These Regional carriers have different luggage restrictions than the International carriers. If your baggage will exceed the following guidelines you will be subject to a cash penalty, generally not exceeding $50.00. Our advice, pack less clothing and have your laundry cleaned by hotel services.
